Our team
Crosby Street Capital was founded by Carmel Williamson, a seasoned business leader known for driving innovation and transformation in businesses and empowering great teams. With extensive experience in building businesses for global holding companies and some of Australia's largest listed companies, Carmel brings a unique blend of operational expertise, an entrepreneurial approach, global perspective, and a motivating management style.
With a passion for innovation, technology, and designing new operating models, Carmel is tenacious and optimistic, with a genuine curiosity and openness which has helped her succeed in leading large and diverse teams through times of change.
The fund is supported by a diverse group of investors that are aligned to Carmel transitioning to CEO after the completed acquisition and growing the business over the long-term.
